Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Attent is built to help you manage your own video library. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your information.

Built for privacy

We do not sell your personal data and we keep collection to what is required to run the product.

Secure by default

Account sessions, authentication flow, and transport are secured using standard web security practices.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide core features.

  • Account profile data like email, name, and avatar.
  • Saved videos, playlists, notes, and watch-history records.
  • Basic operational logs and diagnostics to keep the app stable.

2. How We Use Data

  • To authenticate your account and secure your session.
  • To store and sync your library content and preferences.
  • To improve reliability, performance, and user support.

3. Third-Party Services

Integrations

Attent may rely on third-party providers for authentication and external metadata retrieval. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Sharing and Visibility

Shared playlists

If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared playlist content. Your private account credentials are never exposed through sharing.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. If your account is deleted, associated personal content is removed from active storage, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your Choices

  • You can edit or remove your saved content anytime.
  • You can revoke access by signing out and deleting your account.
  • You can contact the maintainer for data-related questions.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as features evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised update date.
